The Management Institute

The Management Institute is designed for school managers, aspiring school directors or campus presidents, and school leaders with less that 3 years of experience. This program explains the fundamentals on which new and aspiring school managers can develop skills that will make them effective school leaders.

Participants return to their schools after being exposed to new management practices, ideas, and understandings. They are given a binder of course materials to keep.

The 60-hour program is divided into four modules. Each one includes comprehensive information on each topic, activities that promote group interaction, and actual application/planning opportunities for campus improvement.
